We're searching for a dynamic Creative Project Manager to become a vital part of our creative team. This role holds a crucial position in our organization as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal team. The Creative Project Manager is responsible for cultivating lasting client relationships while spearheading strategic initiatives across all client accounts. You'll lead team meetings, manage internal project timelines, and make sure that client expectations are not just met but exceeded. This is a fully remote, part-time, W-2 position and will require up to 20 hours per week starting out with the expectation that hours will increase as the company grows. This position will work directly with the founder of the company.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF YOU:
  • Don't have at least 2-3 years of client management or customer service experience
  • Don't have at least 2 years of project management experience
  • Can't handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Want to work within a corporate stuffy setting
  • Don't like to laugh while you work
  • Need motivation from others to keep you on track and productive
  • Don't enjoy thinking outside of the box or thinking critically
  • Don't know anything about project management software such as Monday.com
  • Struggle with direct communication or conflict resolution
  • Aren't comfortable being the day-to-day point person for client relationships

ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Creative Project Manager at Brand Good Time is the bridge between our clients and our internal team, responsible for cultivating lasting client relationships and overseeing daily communications while spearheading strategic initiatives for all client accounts. This role leads team meetings and manages internal project timelines to ensure client expectations are not just met but exceeded. The Creative Project Manager translates client needs into actionable plans, delegates tasks to the appropriate team members, and ensures all deliverables are completed on time and to our high standards of quality. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT MANAGEMENT
  • Manage all day-to-day client communication with clarity and proactive updates
  • Field all ad-hoc client requests, assess scope impact, and delegate to respective team members
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and prepare detailed agendas on a weekly basis
  • Put action items from client calls into motion by delegating tasks to respective team members
  • Analyze our offerings and services to find ways to improve and enhance client relationships
  • Own the Client Onboarding process, including coordinating internal and client kick-off meetings
  • Build out project plans in Monday.com and handle other setup tasks
  • Set and manage clear expectations regarding project scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Proactively communicate potential challenges and solutions to clients before they become issues
  • Effectively translate technical concepts and marketing strategies into client-friendly language

PROJECT AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee daily interactions with internal client project teams
  • Own all client project management, implementing and driving projects forward
  • Delegate client deliverables and project work to respective team members
  • Ensure all internal and client deadlines are met
  • Work with strategic partners and manage projects and deadlines accordingly
  • Plan project capacity based on sales calls, using our master capacity planning document
  • Identify and manage scope creep, negotiating additional resources or timeline adjustments

SKILLS AND EDUCATION
  • 2-3 years of client management or customer service experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate issues before they arise
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in high-pressure environments
  • Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client-friendly language
  • Diplomatic negotiation skills for handling scope changes and difficult conversations
  • Strategic thinking to identify opportunities that benefit both the client and the agency
