A Social Media Case Study
Contender Boats came to us with one thing in mind – manage our brand presence on social media. This was October of 2016, and we haven’t stopped loving every moment of working with this brand since. Since then, we’ve grown our following to over 108,000 and counting.
THE OBJECTIVE
Grow brand presence on social media through strategized campaigns and real-time event coverage. Increase brand affinity and awareness, as well as grow an Instagram following to reach our goal of 100,000.
THE DETAILS
Over the past 3 years, we’ve been alongside Contender as they launched new boats.
We’ve implemented a pro UGC strategy that engages and connects with the clients audience base, and we post on a regular schedule of about 5-7 days a week on both Instagram and Facebook, implementing Twitter as well in year 2.
The Gamechanger
2019 | New Boat Launch: 44ST
February of 2019 saw the release of Contender’s newest addition to their fleet- the 44ST. Release date and time on Instagram was February 14, at 3pm. This day, we saw:
- 274,409 impressions on Instagram.
- Net growth of 149 followers
- Combined total engagement between two 44ST release posts: 8,576
Additionally, we added a 44ST story highlight to the profile to further show consumers about the 44ST.
