We’re on the lookout for a Strategy & Client Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who can own marketing strategy creation and thrive as a key point of contact for our clients. If you understand the buyer’s journey, love crafting full-funnel marketing strategies, and are comfortable working across multiple client accounts and channels—read on.

This is a fully remote, part-time, W-2 position and will require 20–25 hours per week to start, with the expectation that hours may increase as the company grows. This position will work directly with the founder.

  • Don’t have at least 5 years of marketing strategy experience
  • Don’t feel comfortable being the go-to for client strategy needs

  • Need constant supervision or motivation to stay on track
  • Aren’t interested in full-funnel marketing or buyer behavior
  • Are against using AI at any point of your work
  • Struggle to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Aren’t comfortable providing direct, proactive client communication
  • Don’t like fast-moving, highly collaborative work environments

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Strategy & Client Success Manager is responsible for owning and leading marketing strategy across our client accounts, ensuring all strategic deliverables are aligned with client goals and implemented smoothly across our team. This role blends deep thinking with real execution—you’ll translate business objectives into actionable, multi-channel plans, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate internally to bring strategies to life. You’ll play a vital role in helping our clients grow, while also giving our CEO more time to focus on sales and scaling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT LEADERSHIP
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client objectives
  • Guide competitor, market, and audience research alongside our Content Manager
  • Lead onboarding sessions and discovery calls with new clients
  • Define marketing goals and KPIs tied to measurable success
  • Collaborate with the internal team (copy, content, design) to execute on strategic vision
  • Translate strategies into clear implementation plans for the team
  • Refine BGT’s strategy development process and frameworks as we scale
  • Lead regular client strategy calls, pivoting and refining direction as needed
  • Ensure all strategy deliverables feel polished, premium, and purposeful

PROJECT COLLABORATION & INTERNAL ALIGNMENT

  • Delegate tasks and ensure internal team is aligned with strategic priorities
  • Track progress of strategy rollouts and step in to close gaps when needed
  • Support Brand Good Time’s own marketing and visibility efforts
  • Identify opportunities for upsells or added value for client growth

SKILLS AND EDUCATION
  • 5+ years of multi-channel marketing experience (agency or startup strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record in creating and executing full-funnel strategies
  • Experience across key channels: email marketing, content, social, SEO
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to zoom in and out as needed
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven
  • Bonus: Experience with Showit, Squarespace, or SEO basics
